Any suggestions on what to do? I have tried all the solutions out there; FFmpeg, old GoPro studio, custom video editors that read metadata, RaceRender, and even edited and merged manually CSV telemetry files which was very time-consuming.

Some worked but painfully. At the end I had a merged video file which looked correct but the telemetry is not. Hello, the recording was from a hero 5 black. From above it seems to indicate it needs to read the telemetry from the original videos — but it seems to have done that adequately.

Enable dsahware Acceleration settings: You are commenting using your Twitter account. The telemetry data for loop videos restarts the time counter from 0 so time cannot be synced unless you manually increment the time in the exported CSV files. This may be just what I was looking for.
